Hi, I'm Mariusz Binczyk — I build and run a home server (homelab) and write about it on tetes.pl.
tetes.pl is my private lab: dozens of Docker services on a single home server — media, smart home, local AI, monitoring and backups. I treat them like a small production system, because the whole family relies on them.
On this site I share what I actually built: the decisions, the mistakes and the lessons. No marketing gloss — concrete details you can reuse in your own setup.
What is public
Blog posts, case studies and sanitized configuration in a public GitHub repository.
What stays private
Family data, secrets and keys, the exact network topology, and anything that could ease an attack. Some service names on the site are deliberately descriptive.
